Spring Receptions

Spring Receptions are off-campus events for high school students.  These receptions provide personal interaction with faculty, staff, and administrators from LSU.  In 2013, Spring Receptions will be hosted in the following areas: New Orleans, Mandeville, Lafayette, Atlanta, Dallas, Shreveport, Houston, Orlando, and Mobile.  Please visit www.lsu.edu/springreceptions for more information and to register.

Counselor Luncheons

Counselor Luncheons are opportunities for high school counselors to interact with LSU faculty, staff, and administrators, and to learn about the opportunities available to their students.  In 2013, Counselor Luncheons will be hosted in the following areas: New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Mandeville, Lafayette, Atlanta, Dallas, Shreveport, Houston, Orlando, and Mobile. Preview LSU

Preview LSU provides an overview of the University to high school juniors and their parents.  The goal of the program is to showcase not only the academic opportunities available at LSU, but also the array of services and campus life experiences around campus.  Preview LSU will take place in April or May, and registration is required to attend.  Please register as a Tiger Insider at www.lsu.edu/tigerinsider to be invited to Preview LSU.  

Kickoff LSU

Kickoff LSU is a day-long event for high school seniors and their parents, and it will take place on several Fridays in the fall semester.  Kickoff LSU is much more in-depth and personalized experience than Preview LSU, and it is a great opportunity for prospective students to see what LSU has to offer.  At Kickoff LSU, students will be able to meet with faculty, staff, and administrators in their prospective fields of study. Registration for Kickoff LSU is required to attend.  Please register as a Tiger Insider at www.lsu.edu/tigerinsider to be invited to Kickoff LSU.
