Helen Taylor is responsible for advising, recruiting, verification of information with the Registrar's Office and coordination of diploma ceremony. She is a Louisiana native who received her B.S. from LSU in 1967 and her M.A. from LSU in 1991. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, granted by state of Louisiana in 1993. Previous positions include therapist for Baton Rouge Youth, counselor for Junior Division and LSU evening School. She has earned several awards for her work and has demonstrated involvement on many levels: LSU Outstanding Staff Award-1995, Manship School Chronos Award-1999, LSU Staff Senate 2000-present, Advisor to Manship School Student Government Association, Staff Facilitator for Freshman Forum - Fall 2000, Member Chi Sigma Iota-Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society.
