Timothy Cook assumed the Kevin P. Reilly Sr. Chair in Political Communication in 2001.   He was the first occupant of the Laurence Lombard Chair at the Joan Shorenstein Center on the Press, Politics and Public Policy at Harvard University's  Kennedy School of Government.  Cook serves as a Visiting Professor of Public Policy at the Kennedy School and Professor of Political Science at Williams College.
