Ronald Garay specializes in electronic media history and public policy. He has written books and numerous academic articles on electronic media history, law and regulation. He has experience as a radio news director, anchor, producer and reporter. Ron Garay serves as the Manship School's Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and Administration.
