This page will help you learn to design your own department's World Wide Web (WWW) documents. You will find references to other documents that will show you how to write HTML, the language used to write these documents. A department or organization who wishes to create a World Wide Web site to link to the LSU WWW pages should abide by the following guidelines:

These pages should not violate the LSU Computer Usage Policy nor bypass any of the restrictions inherent to the system on which you are developing your documents.

1. Any LSU logos should only be used according to the guidelines established by the Louisiana State University Guidelines manual.
   
2. Any pages linked to from the main part of the LSU site should provide a link directly back.
   
3. State the email address of the contact person for your WWW pages.
   
4. Any non-official LSU site (organizations) must display a disclaimer on the home page.
