Marina Pereira
Originally from Moscow, Russia, Marina knows and understands the international student experience first-hand. After completing her Bachelor’s degrees in History and Spanish from the University of Idaho, Marina attended LSU for both of her Master’s degrees in History and Library and Information Science. Traveling and living in different countries and cultures since childhood has made her a citizen of the world, and she is equally “at home” in many places around the globe. She often paraphrases a famous Dostoevsky quote that states, “beauty of education will save the world.”
