SOCIAL

The LSU Dairy Science Club believes in working hard and having fun. Social events are our way of rewarding hard work while keeping ties with other students in Agriculture. Click on the links below to view some great pictures!

INITIATION

Each fall the Club holds initiation of its new members. The new members must perform certain playful tasks that will 'officially' make them part of the LSU Dairy Science Club.

SOFTBALL

As well as being academic the LSU Dairy Science Club is athletic too! This spring the Food Science Club of LSU challenged our club to a friendly game...the rest is history. A Dairy Faculty vs. Dairy Club game is in the making for later in the semester.

AG BALL

Club members like to support other clubs in the College of Ag, such as ASA, Agriculture Students Association. ASA holds their Ag Ball every winter. This gives the Dairy Science Club a chance to have a good time while supporting a good cause.

GATHERINGS

Our club is always looking to have a good time after the hard work is done. The club gathers for yearly Christmas parties as well as barbecues and crawfish boils to reward jobs well done in service, education, and fundraising.

AG OLYMPICS

Every Spring, ASA puts on Ag Week to celebrate Agriculture in Louisiana and at LSU. As well as the events being educational the Dairy Science Club always has a great time participating in Ag Olympics, where different College of Ag clubs compete in fun and games. While this is all in fun the Dairy Club usually comes out #1!
