Dr. Cathy Williams

Dr. Williams recieved her B.S. in Dairy Science from LSU where she was also a member of the Dairy Science Club. She received her M.S. in Dairy Science from the University of Georgia and her PhD in Animal Science from Auburn University. As well as being the adviser for the LSU Dairy Science Club she is also an adviser for the LSU Agricultural Students Association and for the National Student Affiliate Division of the American Dairy Science Association. Her interests include dairy nutrition, calf growth and development, heifer replacement, and student advising.

Dr. Kayanush Aryana

Dr. Aryana received his B.S. in Agriculture from Mahatma Phule Agricultural University in Maharashtra, India where he also received his M.S. in Cytogenetics. He received his PhD in Food Science and Technology from Mississippi State University. Dr. Aryana has a number of publications and awards pertaining to his field of study. His interests include functional dairy foods, dairy food microstructure, and quality and safety.
