Main Ceremony

Summer Commencement
Friday, August 4th, 2017

LSU’s main commencement ceremony is the culmination of a student’s years of study at LSU. No graduate should miss this milestone, which is the last time that the entire graduating class gathers as one to celebrate the end of their time at LSU and the beginning of their lives as LSU alumni.

Bag checks will be performed at the guest entrances of the Pete Maravich Assembly Center (PMAC) and the Maddox Fieldhouse. This is not the clear bag policy that is enforced for athetlic events.
