Part-Time MSW Students

Students enrolled part-time will complete 6 hours each semester for two years. Part-time students may begin the foundation internship once enrolled or have completed SW 7005 Practice I.

Foundation part time students will be in class Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 - 4:30. No night courses are offered. The foundation internship will be completed two days per week (16 - 18 hours) during normal business hours, usually Monday, Tuesday and/or Friday or in block placement for 40 hours per week during the summer after foundation coursework is completed.  All foundation content, including field internship, must be completed prior to beginning advanced year courses. Please note that part-time students are not permitted to switch to the full-time track until they have completed the foundation phase of the program

First Year - Fall:
