Allie Stevens, a 2015 SLIS graduate, was named a Mover & Shaker Community Builder by the American Library Association in March. Stevens moved back home to Hampton, Arkansas, shortly after graduating to become the director of the Calhoun County Library, according to the Library Journal.

For assistant professor in the School of Library and Information Science, Dr. Edward Benoit, III, the flexibility of the mobile classroom is appealing and fosters global discussion. When Benoit learned about the Wiki Education Foundation, he knew it was the perfect opportunity to create collaborative, creative, and globally engaged courses to impact both students and those beyond our campus.
