Dr. Phillips founded and leads Success Labs, a Baton Rouge, Louisiana, management consulting firm that offers companies across the country guidance and training on leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning. For more than 25 years, their expert team of consultants has worked with hundreds of companies to explore and achieve their potential.

 

Some of Dr. Phillips accomplishments include the following:

Designed and implemented InQ, a 360 degree assessment, development planning and talent management software package.

Designed and provided research based leadership development programs for more than 100 leaders and emerging leaders annually. 

Wrote and presented a White Paper on Best Practice in Succession Planning and Talent Management

Author of a competency-based development planning workbook, with development plan templates for over 30 competencies.

Executive Coaching with senior management and business leaders in a variety of industries. Created a multifaceted leadership report that assesses personality, interests and values related to work style, and communication and leadership preferences.
