The LSU Workforce Development (WD) Summer Fellowship Program is a one-day LSU A&M campus-based program designed to enrich the social and professional resource development of LSU Online learners interested in the Workforce Development graduate certificate.
The Workforce Development Summer Fellowship helps bridge the digital divide by building in-person, face-to-face relationships with fellow students, faculty, and workforce development leaders and practitioners. Fellows will enjoy the benefits of professional network and leadership competency modeling for Workforce Development-related careers.
The Workforce Development Summer Fellowship Program is sponsored by the LSU Leadership Development Institute (LDI) and the Louisiana Board of Regents.
1) Students enrolled in LSU Online Master’s degree or Graduate Certificate programs.
2) Ideal candidates…
a. have completed at least one LSU Online module, and
b. are pursuing (or are interested in pursuing) the Workforce Development graduate certificate.
25 Fellows will be awarded a stipend in the value of $400 to cover costs associated with attending the one-day Workforce Development Summer Fellowship Program on the LSU A&M campus in Baton Rouge.
