First cohort of LSU Online Master of Education in Educational Leadership passes with 100 percent pass rate on initial try

The first cohort of LSU Online Master of Education students focusing in educational leadership passed the School Leaders Licensure Assessment with a 100 percent program pass rate on the initial try.

The program expands on the classroom teaching experience, developing skills needed to build and nurture continuous school improvement through high-achieving learning communities that respect all school community members. Courses teach students advanced management and leadership skills. This National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education, or NCATE, approved program is aligned with Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium, or ISLLC, and Educational Leadership Constituent Council, or ELCC, standards and prepares students for Educational Leader Certification.
