Mallory C. Vachon is an assistant professor in the Center for Energy Studies. Her research interests lie at the intersection of energy, labor, and public economics, with a focus on the local economic impacts of natural resource extraction.
Dr. Vachon received her Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in economics at Syracuse University. She is a member of the American Economic Association, the International Association for Energy Economics, the Southern Economic Association, and the Society of Labor Economists.
