Katelyn Rodrigue is a native of Destrehan, Louisiana.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at LSU. She is currently writing her MA thesis on dialect density's effect on reading achievement in kindergartners. Her interests include child language acquisition and language disorders. Katelyn works in the lab and is funded by a NIH research assistantship.
