Organization Office Space
The LSU Student Union provides 20 shared office spaces for registered student organizations. Student organizations interested in applying for space must complete an application and submit it to Campus Life in room 400 LSU Student Union during the Spring semester. However, applications will continue to be accepted if space is available.
The offices are available for a period of one year (August-July) and are located on the 4th floor of the Union. The rental fee of $175 per year ($100 per semester) pays for a desk, secured storage, a combination dry erase/bulletin board, and a mailbox in the resource room.
Each organization who has office space on the 4th floor can also utilize the Student Organization Resource Room (463-A). The resource room has a computer, phone, and printer. Printing is limited and for student organization business only. Student organizations also have access to a Tiger Card operated copier and free lockers.
