Leading Streak are student leaders who provide the LSU community with programs and resources to promote leadership development. Specializing in peer leadership education, Leading Streakers serve as facilitators and consultants to help individuals and groups develop needed skills. These student leaders also create and plan student programs which promote involvement and encourage personal growth.

Through continuous education and training, Leading Streak members acquire a broad-based understanding of college student development as well as leadership theories and concepts. They have the opportunity to expand their skills in training, advising, and consulting. Overall, they gain a wide range of experience and understanding that will be of great benefit after graduation.
