When Things Go Wrong: Practical Approaches to Problem Solving – Rachel Spencer
Problem-solving is a skill that we often assume everyone possesses, but when things don’t go as planned we quickly realize that this skill needs to be refreshed from time to time! We will go beyond what you should do in a situation when things go awry to discuss how to troubleshoot, understanding your resources (and when to use them), and most importantly, what your strengths are in the midst of a problem. This presentation will use a combination of role playing, scenarios, and guided discussion to allow student leaders to explore their problem-solving strengths and areas they could improve upon.
