Applying for Freshman Scholarships and TOPS

  • The application for Undergraduate Admission and Scholarships serves as the application for all university level scholarships available at LSU for entering freshmen, but the College of Agriculture has a separate application for scholarships.

  • Students must submit a College of Agriculture scholarship application for consideration. All students who have been accepted to LSU and indicated a major in the College of Agriculture as his/her first choice will receive an email and letter by mail inviting them to submit an essay. Scholarship emails will begin going out around the first week of November, and will continue to be sent until mid-January. Due to award deadlines, only students who have been accepted up to this point will receive consideration. You can access the College of Agriculture scholarship application here on November 1st.
